And yes, I’m a health coach. But that doesn’t mean I have a branded shake mix to sell you or that I only eat kale and wear recycled vegan wool.(Actually, I like wine, donuts, and frivolous gift wrapping.)
As a mom of 6 boys (including one set of twins), I’ve been on the receiving end of some seriously lacking health advice. (Like the time my obstetrician put me on a daily diet of steroid injections and I blew up like a floating maternity ad in the Macy’s Parade.)
Doctors and dieticians told me one thing, but my body and heart were telling me something else. I was wasting way too much time and energy on other people’s "expert" advice. So in 2012, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied over a hundred dietary theories and a ton of different coaching methods.
I learned every detail of every diet out there. But above all, I learned if you don’t do it your way, it just won’t work.
I’ll help you create a lifestyle that makes it easy for you to eat, look and feel healthy.
